The Stay Active Clinic: Walk/Run/Jump Rope/Row (2-5 Minutes)

Do ONLY ONE of the following: 1) Sprint drills followed by a short run; 2) Rowing on C2 Ergometer; 3) Practice jumping and jumping rope; 4) Walk

These things should not be intense or aggravating.  Be relaxed, the only point is to get the heart rate up and blood flowing.
